At FoodBucket, we understand the importance of providing a seamless and hassle-free payment experience for our customers. To enhance the customer experience, we offer split payment options for our users. Customers can split their payments into multiple methods for a single order, making it easier to pay for their meals. We offer two types of split payment options:
Divide Equally by the Number of People
Select Manually Items for Each Receipt
With this option, customers can divide the total amount of their order equally among the number of people sharing the meal. This is a great option for groups who want to split the cost of their meal evenly.
To use this option, customers can select the "Divide Equally on Number of People" option at checkout. They will then be prompted to enter the number of people sharing the meal. The total amount of the order will be divided by the number of people, and each person's share will be displayed. Customers can then select their preferred payment method to pay their share of the total.
This option allows customers to select which items on the order will be paid for by each individual in the group. Customers can manually assign items to each person's receipt, allowing for more flexibility in splitting the cost of their meals.
To use this option, customers can select the "Select Manually Items for Each Receipt" option at checkout. They will then be prompted to assign each item on the order to a specific receipt. Once all items have been assigned, customers can select their preferred payment method to pay for their assigned items.
