FoodBucket has one of the best Discounts & Coupons Management systems that any POS allows. Upon constant feedback from our customers, we have improvised every step and made it immensely easy for managers to apply discounts without causing damage to company revenue due to our strict workflows and access limitation.
Our System Made and User Made discounts allow Restaurant owners to identify what's being applied. with our Unpaid and Paid Invoices, Customers always know what they are paying for and eventually eliminate any flaws.
Before we take a start. Let’s understand the difference between discounts & coupons
Discounts are applied via POS Manually or Automatically and on the Website if there are any matched criteria, automatic discounts are applied.
We have two different types of Discounts
System Discounts: That is system generated, pre-defined, and automatically applies. Managers cannot change its value or criteria.
Manual Discounts: These are manually created when accepting payment, they are logged in the backend and are created against a Customer’s name and Restaurant owners can also see who created the discount.
From POS only managers who have permissions can apply Manual discounts while System Discounts are automatically applied.
Here is a screenshot where you can see discounts on POS:
Click on Add Discount button to see Add Discount Window
System Discount will show all available discounts
Add new individual discount
New will create a new system discount (depending on permission).
The manual will show all previously created discounts by the logged-in manager
